Meet our Foundation Board of Directors
Community Living Huronia Foundation Board of Directors
The
Community Living Huronia Foundation was incorporated on August 17, 1998. The mandate of the Foundation is to raise funds, invest these funds and expend funds
solely to the Association of Community Living Huronia. Community Living Huronia exists
to support the needs of the people with exceptionalities in the community.
Funded by the Ministry of Community and Social Services, the Ministry of Municipal Affairs
and Housing and the County of Simcoe, donations to CLH provide additional dollars to
enhance the lives of the individuals CLH supports.
The Foundation's primary means of raising funds for Community Living Huronia include:

Barbara and her husband, Bryan, along with children Amanda, Megan and Eric moved to Midland in
the fall of 1997. Being avid
boaters and all-round outdoor enthusiasts they wanted to settle near the water and recreation.

TONY HUME Vice-President |

|
Tony
was a British Citizen before moving to Canada. He has traveled and also lived and worked in He is married to his adoring wife Paula, who has rewarded him with 4 wonderful
children, the eldest born in England, the middle 2 in Holland and the youngest
born in Ohio, USA. He has a pretty international and well traveled
family. He and his family have settled in Penetanguishene and feel really privileged to live in such a beautiful area with such a welcoming community. The opportunity to be part of an organization, such as CLH, which has achieved so much for people within the community, is an honour and one he hopes will be as rewarding for the people CLH serves. |

Linda moved to Georgian Bay in 2002 to
enjoy the outdoor life offered in "God's Country".
Linda is an Accredited Mortgage
Professional and operates the Mortgage Centre franchise in downtown Midland.
She has received the Broker of the Year Award from head office for the past
seven years.
As a Board Member she is looking forward to contributing her time and effort to help support a truly wonderful and respected organization. Linda was instrumental in raising $34000 for the Spinal Cord Society of Canada in the late 1980’s and was the first female member of the Caledon Optimist Club where she raised funds to introduce a Defensive Driving course to young drivers. |

Greg Rice is a partner at
Hacker, Gignac, Rice. His legal education was attained from Osgoode Hall Law
School (LL.B.) in 1973 and he was admitted to the Bar in 1975. |

GLEN MARKS |
|
|
|
Glen Marks is the current branch manager at TD Canada Trust in Midland.
He was born in Thunder Bay. His spouse, Linda has two children, Ryan and Emily. Glen is employed with TDBFG and has worked at 10 branches in Ontario, where he has held 4 Branch Manager roles, 2 Regional Head Office positions (Toronto and London), Senior Manager of Marketing and Community Giving, and a Sales and Service Manager position. |

ANDREW MARKLE |

Andrew & his wife, Ruth,
purchased their family home in His current volunteer
activities include President of the 7th Step Society of Canada and Past
President, Greg Rice endorsed Andrew’s appointment to the Foundation Board of Directors in January, 2011. |
