A Summer Of Support

As these last days of summer roll into fall, we have much to be appreciative about here at CLH Foundation.

We recently asked for your consideration to “chip in” and support Fore CLH! in lieu of our annual golf tournament — and you responded generously. Longtime supporters and new donors answered the call, and we cannot thank you enough. These funds will directly enable CLH Foundation to support the critical programming of CLH Developmental Support Services — and we are beyond grateful for your ongoing support.

We are also pleased to announce that CLH Foundation has been nominated for the upcoming GBay Gals Give event! If you’re a member of this local philanthropic group, we ask that you consider CLH Foundation for your vote this time around. Now more than ever, the support that a group of this magnitude could have stands to impact CLH Foundation beyond our wildest dreams in these unprecedented times.

The Backyard Project is another initiative where your support has made direct and meaningful impact for people supported by CLH. In partnership with Midland Home Hardware, fundraised dollars from A Red Carpet Evening allowed us to improve the outdoor living spaces of 21 supported living locations that now serve to be comfortable and functional living, eating, and gathering spaces. Many of these spaces were improved for accessibility and safety so that supported individuals may enjoy their homes to the fullest during a summer of being #togetherathome.

I hope that you were able to enjoy this beautiful summer right here on Georgian Bay, and that fall brings with it a renewed sense of connection to each other — and our community.
