Aging In Place




           Outcomes






          An Aging in Place initiative, begun in 2019 with support from CLH Foundation,
          has led to the completion of a dozen “age-friendly” renovation projects in CLH
          Supported Living Homes.


          CLH DSS supports 90 adults in its Supported Living Homes. Currently, 50%
          are over the age of 50, with our most senior individual having reached
          the milestone age of 89. Aging in Place is a commitment to addressing the

          changing accessibility needs of those who wish to remain in their home as
