SUPPORTED LIVING HOMES

Supported Living Homes (SLH) provide accommodations for adults (18+) with developmental support needs. SLH staff provide 24-hour care and support for those living in the home. Care and support are tailored to a person’s individualized needs, which can include all aspects of daily living. Fostering independence and providing person-directed care are important to CLH DSS.

SLH are located within the North Simcoe Community, with 19 locations supporting more than 85 people.
