Supported Employment Program

Let's Work Together

Supported Employment Program (SEP) assists individuals 18 years of age and older who have developmental support needs to explore different careers and develop the necessary skills to be successfully employed.

What can I expect?

A personalized training plan is developed for you, and may include any or all of the following:

  • Interactive in-class work preparation courses.
  • Hands-on individualized training.
  • One-on-one job site co-ops with one of our job coaches to assess skills.
  • Ongoing evaluations to determine the next steps.
  • Certificate training in WHIMIS, Worker Health and Safety, and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
